Hybrid wedding photography and videography at Upwaltham Barns, West Sussex for Rosie & Josh
I was so excited to capture both photos and a highlight film, solo, for Rosie and Josh on their special day.
It was a beautifully sunny day, the giant daisy field was in full bloom and the flowers of Upwaltham Barns were in full bloom. I truly beautiful, rural venue I really loved shooting here.
Rosie and her family got ready off-site before moving into the honeymoon suite for those last minute touch ups. The guests then arrived and took their seats in the East barn whilst Rosie walked through the gardens having a special moment with her dad and her sisters before starting the ceremony.
After a beautiful civil ceremony, the couple exited through a shower of natural rose petal confetti into the courtyard for a selection of drinks and snacks. Once everyone had a chance to get those drinks on board, I did a handful of family group shots before sneaking the couple off for a quick portrait session in the daisy field.
Food was a brilliant bbq spread with the most epic dessert selection and then it was on to my favourite part of the day - speeches! These were heartfelt, emotional and beautiful and set the evening up to be magical.
There may or may not have been a cheeky cousins shoot back in the daisy field - I can neither confirm nor deny... But then after a sunset session with the couple, they had a lovely first dance and then had their first dance to a live band.
It was a really lovely day and I'm so glad I got to capture it in a full photo gallery and a highlight film.
