Documentary, fly-on-the-wall, wedding photography at Dodford Manor, Northampton for Emma & Jamie.
Emma and Jamie had a pretty unique day as England had made it to the semi-final of the Euros competition and it coincided with their wedding. As big football fans, (the couple literally received signed wedding cards from a handful of their favourite football team) they made a couple of changes to their day to make sure that the match could be watched alongside their nuptials being celebrated! With an addition of England flags, hats and face paint, the whole wedding party took to the dancefloor to celebrate the couple and then watched the football giving the venue a rather exciting buzz.
Unfortunately England failed to secure the win but then the real party began, the England flags forgotten and the celebration bigger than ever!
Rewinding back to the beginning of the day, Jamie and his tuxedo clad groomsmen started the day at Dodford Grange Bed and Breakfast with a James Bond-esque, competitive snooker game alongside some nerve calming beers before heading to Dodford manor for his ceremony. Meanwhile Emma utilised the breakfast room and luxury suite upstairs for her bridal preparations.
The couple chose Princess Occasions to dress the ceremony and reception room in beautifully draped, neutral fabrics and chose dried flower bouquets and button holes to compliment the theme. They also had a doughnut tower surrounding their cake!
It was a wonderful day, buzzing with energy, live music by The Mockingjays Band, an ultra-competitive round of mini golf and sparklers to finish the night off with a bang. It was such a joy to capture Emma, Jamie and all their friends and family.
