Autumnal, vintage inspired Southwark Registry Office wedding with pub celebrations in Camberwell for Marnie and Toby.

Marnie and Toby wanted their day captured their way. They thought about the parts of their lives that were important to them and their past lives before they moved country just after their wedding. So their whole day was a beautiful trip down memory lane for them. I met Marnie and Toby at Embankment station and spent a few moments down by the river before jumping back on the tube for those iconic London transport wedding photo moments.

We then changed onto a bus before finally stopping at Southwark Registry office to get them hitched. Here their family and friends met them and got to join in their joy allowing for plenty of candid moments and joyous hugs.


The Garden Room at Southwark Registry Office holds up to 35 guests and is a gorgeous space for an intimate ceremony that opens out onto the gorgeous gardens. The steps of the registry office provide the perfect confetti backdrop and offers plenty of space as unlike Chelsea Town Hall it doesn't head out straight onto the street.

A post-nuptuials walk to Camberwell, finishing in the pub!

Marnie and Toby had actually gone on a romantic date walking the streets from the registry office to the Pheonix pub in Camberwell and chosen their favourite photo spots so we could get really relaxed and creative capturing their most authentic expressions. The walk was lots of fun and we got lots of beautiful portraits together. My personal favourite being the shots at 'Love Walk'.

We then had fizz on arrival at The Pheonix and met back up with Marnie and Toby's family members which was the perfect way to end our time together before they went off for a taste of the New Orleans to finish off their celebrations.
